 In Learning to See

Sure, those of us with sight can see. But do we look? Do we take time to “notice?” The purpose of the posted photos is to ask if you see more than a cloud, a leaf, or a crack in the sidewalk. It’s a kids’ game. But it’s fun. And the point is to get each of us to slow down and observe our surroundings.

The color sure feels like dragon – but I looked at the creature facing left.

I’m seeing color in this before anything else. My brain tells me I should be seeing black/grey asphalt, but it’s very blue.

Ah, computer screens offer differing colors. I wonder what shape you see?

I admit that what I first saw was the squirrel with the big, bushy tail. I am always intrigued by what others see.

Once I looked closely at the blue spot above the leaf, I saw a bat- a really elaboate bat. (No idea about the blue mark!)
